question about instalation
The leased license allows you to run vBulletin for a short period of time (12 months), after which you have to renew the license for another 12 months, upgrade to a owned license or delete the forum from your web site. This is a great solution for sites that know before hand they only run a community forum for a shorter period of time.
The owned license allows you to run vBulletin for an unlimited period of time (forever). By far, this is the best solution for most sites running a community forum.
The order page shows you 1+, 3+, 5+, etc. This number reflects to the amount of licenses you want to purchase. If you buy 1 or 2 (1+) owned licenses, the cost PER license is $160. If you want to purchase more then one license at the same time, like 3 or 4, the price PER license is $148 (instead of $160).
If you just need one license, and want to run it longer then 12 months, I suggest to pick 1+ owned license for $160.

vBulletin is quite easy to install, but if you feel more comfortable having one of our professional staff members to do the installation for you, then this is an option you can pick during purchase as additional service for $135 per license.
Once the purchase is completed, we will request the web server details so we can login to the server through FTP and/or shell and when we have received those details we will upload your license files and do the installation on your behalf. Once that is done (shouldn't be too long) you will receive a status update with the login details to your forum and you are read to go.
