This was intended to be included in the closed thread and still needs to be articulated:-
Hello moderators and posters,
I think I can say on behalf of everyone that I am very happy to see the resolution of this episode.
A lot of bruised egos and perhaps a bit of pride has been revealed,but the big picture for us still has to be appreciated.
1.This is a helpful and friendly forum but a PUBLIC one.
2.We are ALL adults with our little pet likes and dislikes.
3.We only "KNOW" each other by the presentations on the Forum and the anonymity of the Web is a pretty good "cloak" for personalities.
4.Being "civil" to each other is not a right but goes a long way to keeping a Forum inviting and interesting.
5.This Forum has earned the envy of most other Forums for its Camaraderie,Prompt replies,Management involvement, and a very GOOD product to boot!
6.Moderators are the backbone of a good Forum,and although coming from diverse backgrounds and inclinations,are only human and must be prepared to take all manner of probing and jibing above mere mortals.
7.Agnitum has been very fortunate in having a group of swell moderators,good clientele,a good product and the envy of it's competitors.
8.There will be "detractors" and "badmouthers" now and then,but in the end all will be forgiven and forgotten when the product is paramount.
Let us put this episode behind us,Encourage each other along the way,take the time to smile at our ignorance and mistakes,and continue with the task at hand----Protecting our computers the best way we know how! TOGETHER.

I will reply this once to you but I do not want to be involved in the ongoing situation(would rather see it done "behind closed doors").

Victory: you can be sure of it by binding your opponent's hands and feet and mouth but it becomes hollow!No reward at all.
O.K.In this post you have made some salient points and some errors.
You are hurt and justly so but give them a chance too.
Do not pursue this in the manner you are doing now.Seek to have a "Quiet" chat with Agnitum.
Nothing is gained by publishing it to other Forums.The less said about this the better.
In every case give your opponent room to manouver and a chance to save face.
Castigation and name calling are just words and wind but in the appropiate ears can cause consternation and grief.
I am sure you do not wish ill feelings towards Agnitum or the moderators.Be aware that no one knows their future and "Had I Known.." always comes TOO LATE!
My suggestion to you...Let the issue dye down now,approach Agnitum in a quiet manner without the brou haha(or get someone on your behalf if you feel compromised now)to see what can be initiated towards a settlement that is fair to all concerned.(Remember, room to maneuver and save face is very important)
The Moderators?? My feeling is they would also be very HAPPY to put this behind them also and would be happy to have you back as a poster.
An honest apology here and there and it will be business as usual!Quick so and we will be back to getting that new version 2 Outpost on our computers.
If you still have a problem with this please PM me instead of cluttering up the Forum with this issue.

With that said, I think I'll stay out of this one!

I don't think i am a detracor or badmouther if i as a customer of the company Agnitum wants to know when i get a finished product for the licenses (more than one) we bought. We bought OP as a RC1 as it was sold supporting ICS, which it is not doing anymore. At that point in time we could install some freeware proxies in our company or take OP off (we took it off, but still have paid for a non working product). I think we qualify for an explanation from official side.
The forum is here Agnitums support forum, unfortunately they let the forum run by some people who obviously don't care about Agnitum reputation.
Comments like, if "you don't like it go elswhere" or "get another product" are not made to satisfy an unsatisfied customer who paid alot of money for an unusable product.
They think if Posts are being deleted at wilders and dslr than everything is good, but its sure not and this incident here will cost Agnitum some serious money. There are alot more NG's out there. German, English Spanish and not everywhere is root a Mod
I do have my opinion about some mods here, and they might be good or bad, but one thing they are sure not, the owners of Agnitum. And therefore they don't realize the damage done, and if they do than they don't care.
Again, this is not about someone who is fiddling around with the free version but about people who bought the product.
So now picture if you recommended the Software to your client or Boss, because you believed in the Product or Company and now have to go there to tell them that you either have to install a proxy or the investment is lost.And the response from Agnitum is "go elswhere". Do you think your Boss Client will like that? Or he might ask you, will there be an update? And since 7 month you say "don't know". And maybe there never will be one, i have no clue.
And still until now no official statemt from Agnitum, but Danil had the time to post on friday to see if someone had bad luck on Friday the 13th.
It is just sad, that if you voice your opinion and dare to ask and you want answers from offical site you have no chance here, mail is being unanswered and a phone number not existant.
See if all the other FW Makers are unreachable.
