Can anyone please tell me if I have insomnia?
I have not been able to sleep for more than exactly 2 hours a day for about 4 days and just started keeping track of my sleep yesterday.
I just can't seem to get longer than that and when I do try to go to sleep for those hours no matter how tired I am I have to lay in bed for at least 40 minutes or longer before my body will give in to sleep.
can anyone help me?
