calendar with custom info in date boxes

  • I need to create a calendar grid for selection that looks like a datepicker, but I need to add a little information (4 characters) into each date box.

    Does anyone know of a datepicker display that allows custom info in the date boxes?

    If not, I'm wondering if it's better to try and do a plugin to the date picker or just re create it as a table layout.

  • I wouldn't say that it is possible to add an extra info to the date numbers of date picker w/o some coding. If to write a plugin/extension or your own table-layout calendar depends on what do you want to do with it later on. DatePicker has been designed (together with its css) mainly as date field popup.
