Build document on the fly

    First : Newbie I am...

    With a lot of work I have manage to get stated on my new project, but now I have to ask for help.

    Based on the example "Windows with layout" I have made :
    - a grid into the left panel
    - 3 tabs in the center panel

    the grid displays a list of people (the data are stored in a database).
    When I click on the name of the personn I want specific document to be generated into the differents tabs.

    I have to mix html and data recovered from a request send to the base

    ExtJS has so many possibilities, that I can't even know where to start.

    I know I can have html in a var, but I don't know how to mix it with the data from the Ajax call...

    If anyone could show me the way, I will follow...


  • Have look at Template/XTemplate (http://extjs.com/deploy/dev/docs/?class=Ext.XTemplate), it might help you achieve what you want
