BTTF DVD Re-Release?

    It's on Pre-release at Amazon for less than 20 bucks. What a deal!

    Now did they fix the screwed up Widescreen format or is this an attempt to clean out the inventory?

    Any ideas?

  • If you've ever seen the sample screenshots of the side by side comparions, I think it's something you might notice. The framing is pretty off in a lot of those shots.


  • look at the price too! 19.95 for the 3 movies. That seems a lot cheaper


  • If you can find me an example it's the one thing I've never seen was a comparison. Either way, my copy seems fine, so I'm happy.

  • Bah...I call it clearance tactics. They took the regular version of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind DVD off the market with the release of the so-called "Collector's Edition". It's scheduled for "re-release" in a few weeks.

  • Yeah... Would I be retarded for double dipping, or should I wait until I find out if the commentary really is different. On the first release Bob Gale said that Zemeckis didn't want to do a scene by scene commentary, and Fox definately wasn't doing one.

    If you think yours is ok, it is probably just because you don't notice the problem. It's such a tiny thing you might not.
