Redmond-based WildTangent has appointed Alec Hogg and Max Lakritz to its executive team.

As VP of Sales and Strategic Relationships, Alec Hogg will maintain and develop strategic relationships with corporations utilizing WildTangent's multimedia technology and content creation services. He will also be driving sales efforts in conjunction with WildTangent's new enterprise development team.

Prior to joining WildTangent, Hogg worked at the Oracle Corporation where he was the regional director, responsible for technology sales to the middle market in California.

During his nine-year tenure at Oracle, he held various sales and sales management positions including regional manager for sales in Southern California, product sales manager for core technology sales in the Western United States, and director of inside sales for general business in the United States.

As VP of Systems Technology, Max Lakritz will be responsible for the technical direction and strategy of the company. Max will spearhead development efforts for upcoming subscription services

Lakritz comes to WildTangent from Stamps.com where he created the infrastructure for Stamps.com's iShip product. He also held responsibility for all key technology acquisition, vendor management, and budget forecasting.

Prior to this, Max managed a team of Microsoft and EMC engineers and was involved in the creation of a long term EMC/Microsoft product and solution roadmap.
